Returns & Exchanges

At Jane Win Jewelry, we want you to love your pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 21 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are included to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the jewelry items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure secure tracking of your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place your jewelry in its original Jane Win pouch and box, then secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our studio, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
